Create Company In Tally In Hindi
How To Create Company In Tally Step (Hindi)
1.) टैली को खोलिए (Open Tally)
2.) अगर टैली के फ्री वर्जन में काम कर रहे है तो work in Education mode Choose करे ( If Use Education Mode Please Choose "Work In Education Mode.")
3.) Company Info लाने के लिए की बोर्ड पर ALT + F3 दबाये | (Press Alt+F3 For Company Info.)
4.) Create Company को सेलेक्ट करे (Choose Create Company)
5.) Directory Name : C:\
जिस ड्राइव में डाटा सेव करना चाहते है उस ड्राइव का नाम दे अगर आप नाम नही देंगे तो टैली अपने आप ही लोकेशन चूस कर लेगा
(Name the drive in which the data you want to save data, if you do not give the name, the tally will automatically Select the location.)
6.) Name :Asha Traders
जिस नाम से आपका बिज़नस या दुकान है उसका नाम दे
(Enter Your Company Name)
7.) Mailing Name: Asha Traders Pvt.Ltd
यहा कंपनी का वो नाम लिखे जो आपकी कंपनी का पंजीकृत नाम हो या फिर वो नाम जो आप बिल या किसी भी रिपोर्ट में दिखाना चाहते है
Name और Mailing Name सामान भी हो सकते है |
(Write the name of the company that is the registered name of your company or the name you want to show in the bill or in any report. Name and Mailing Name can also be same.)
8.) Address : 1st Floor,Sai building , A.B Road, Indore
Company का एड्रेस जो आप बिल में दिखाना चाहते है |
(Enter Your Company Address that You Want to Print On bill)
9.) Country : India
अपना देश सेलेक्ट जिस जगह से कम्पनी संचालित है |
(Select the country from which the company Registered .)
10.) State : MadhyaPradesh
यहा आप अपना राज्य सेलेक्ट करेंगे
(Select Your Company State )
11.)Pin Code : 473001
अपना एरिया पिन कोड लिखे
(Enter Your Area Pin Code)
12.) Phone No. : 07542-123456
यहा आप अपने बिज़नस का फोन नंबर लिखे यदि है तो
(Enter Your Company Phone Number, if Any )
13.) Mobile No. : 9876543210
बिज़नस का मोबाइल नंबर लिखे
(Enter Business Mobile Number )
14.) Fax No. : 123456
यहा फैक्स मशीन नंबर यदि है तो लिखे
(If Available, Enter fax Machine Number )
15.) E-Mail Id : YourCompany@Gmail.com
आप बिज़नस की ईमेल आई डी लिखे
(Enter Your Business Email Id )
16.) Website : www.yourcomany.com
अपनी कंपनी की वेबसाइट लिखे
(Enter Your Business Website Address)
17.) Financial Year begins From :1-4-2019
यहा अपनी कंपनी का वित्तिय वर्ष लेंगे जिस साल में आप एंट्री करना चाहते है | यानि आपके लेन देन की पहली डेट किस वित्तिय वर्ष में है ये डेट है वो वितीय वर्ष टाइप करे |
(Take your company's financial year here in the year you want to enter. This is the date in which financial transaction is the first date of your transaction)
18.)Book Beginning From : 1-4-2019
यहा आप वह डेट डाले जिस डेट से आप हिसाब रखना शुरू करेंगे जैसे मान लीजिये आप 1-05-2019 से एंट्री शुरू करना चाहते है तो यह 1-5-2019 लिखे, अगर आपको अभी नही पता की किस डेट से करनी है तो यहा 1-4-2019 ही लिख दे
(If you want to start the account from date 1-05-2019, then write this date 1-5-2019, if you do not know what date to date, then here Write 1-4-2019 only)
19.) Tally Vault Password : 1234
(यदि आप देना चाहे तो अन्यथा इसे खाली छोड़ दे )
यहा आप अपनी कंपनी में पासवर्ड लगा सकते है, जिससे कोई और उसे देख न सके और न खोल सके , टैली वोल्ट पासवर्ड कंपनी के नाम को सेलेक्ट कंपनी की लिस्ट से छुपा देता है |
(Here you can put a password in your company, so that nobody else can see it or open it, the Tally Vault password hides the company name from the list of select companies.)
20.) Use Security Control : YES/NO
यहा भी पासवर्ड दे सकते है यदि आप देना चाहे तो YES करे और यूजर नेम में नाम और पासवर्ड में पासवर्ड टाइप करे
(You can also give a password if you want to give YES and type the password in the username and password.)
21.) Base Currency Symbol : ₹
ये हमारे देश के हिसाब से करेंसी सिंबल आ जायेगा ,भारतीय मुद्रा हमारे यहा रुपया ही है अलग अलग देशो में मुद्रा अलग अलग होती है ,जैसे अमेरिका में मुद्रा डॉलर $ है |
(This will be the currency symbol, according to our country, Indian currency is our rupee, currency is different in different countries, like currency in the US dollar is $.)
22.) Formal Name : INR
INR का मतलब Indian Rupee है यहा सिंबल का पूरानाम लिखा जाता है|
(INR stands for Indian rupee, here the full name of the symbol is written.)
23.) Suffix Symbol To Amount : Yes/No
हम किसी भी राशी के साथ सिंबल लगाना चाहते है या नहीं यदि हा तो YES करे (₹ 200) और नही तो NO टाइप करे (200 )
(Whether we want to put a symbol with Amount or not, if yes then do YES (₹ 200) and otherwise type NO (200))
24.) Add Space Between Amount & Symbol : YES/NO
सिंबल ₹ और राशी के बीच जगह रखनी है तो YES अन्यथा NO टाइप करे ( ₹ 200) / ( ₹200 )
(If you want to place the space between the symbol ₹ and the amount then YES or else type NO)
25.) Show amount In Millions : YES / NO
यदि आपका बिज़नस बड़ा है करोड़ो या अरबो में हिसाब होता है तो इसे YES करे अन्यथा No रखे
(If your business is big enough to be worth crores or Arabs, then do YES otherwise you will not)
26.) Number of Decimal Places : 2
दशमल कितने स्थानों तक रखना है , पॉइंट के बाद दशमलब के वाद कितने नंबर आये| जैसे (₹ 2.75)
(How many places do you have to keep the decimal, how many numbers of decimal numbers arise after the point. Like (₹ 2.75))
27.) word Representing Amount After the Decimal : Paise
दशमलब के बाद वाली राशी को पैसे बोला जाता है |
28.) No. Of Decimal Places for Amount in Words : 2
शब्दों में , दशमल कितने स्थानों तक रखना है , पॉइंट के बाद दशमलब के वाद कितने नंबर आये|
इतना सब लिखने बाद आप इंटर करकर सभी को सेव करे आप
CTRL + A से भी सेव कर सकते है|
