Send email from tally Prime

किसी भी रिपोर्ट को हम टैली की मदद से सीधे ईमेल कर किसी को भी भेज सकते है यदि हम किसी को रिपोर्ट भेजना चाहते है तो प्रिंट के माध्यम से या फिर एक्सपोर्ट से दे सकते है लेकिन यदि ग्राहक दूर हो तो उसे हम ईमेल के माध्यम से रिपोर्ट या बिल भेज सकते है |

मेल करने से पहले हमे एक बार मेल कॉन्फ़िगरेशन करना होता है देखते है टैली यह सब कैसे करते है –

(We can send any report to anyone by email directly with the help of tally, if we want to send the report to anyone, then we can give it through print or by export but if the customer is away then we can send it through email. Can send report or bill.

Before mail we have to do mail configuration once let's see how tally does all this)

How to Send Email From Tally prime?

टैली प्राइम से ईमेल कैसे भेजे?

1.) सबसे पहले अपनी कम्पनी में वह रिपोर्ट या बिल ओपन कर लें जिसको आपको मेल से भेजना है|

(First of all, open the report or bill in your company which you have to send by mail.)

2.) अब कीबोर्ड पर ctrl + M दबा कर ईमेल ऑप्शन ओपन कर लें

(Now open the email option by pressing ctrl + M on the keyboard)

3.) अब Email from में जिस ईमेल id से मेल भेजना है वह टाइप करे जैसे gnbclassesguna@gmail.com (Now in Email from, type the email id from which you want to send the mail like gnbclassesguna@gmail.com)

4.) Email to में वह एड्रेस टाइप करे जिसे मेल भेजना है जैसे saicomputerguna@gmail.com

(In Email to type the address to which the mail is to be sent like saicomputerguna@gmail.com)

5.) Subject में वाउचर के आधार पर सब्जेक्ट टाइप करें |

(Type the subject on the basis of voucher in Subject)

6.) Email message में यदि कुछ लिखना होतो वह टाइप कर सकते है |

(If you want to write something in the email message, you can type it.)

7.) Next window में कॉन्फ़िगरेशन पर क्लिक कर ईमेल फॉर्मेट सेलेक्ट करें जैसे फाइल हमे pdf के रूप में भेजनी है या फिर पिक्चर या एक्सेल आदि जिस फॉर्मेट में भेजनी हो वह फॉर्मेट सेलेक्ट करें |

(Select the email format by clicking on the configuration in the next window, such as whether we want to send the file as pdf or picture or excel etc. Select the format in which to send.)

यहाँ आप और भी ऑप्शन का उपयोग कर सकते है जो भी आपको बिल में दिखाना या छुपाना है वह ऑप्शन YES या No कर सकते है -

(Here you can use other options, whatever you want to show or hide in the bill, you can do YES or No option -)

8.) अब ईमेल पर क्लिक करें

(Click on Email Now)

अब आपसे जिस id से आप भेज रहे है उसका पासवर्ड पूछा जायेगा तो यहाँ पासवर्ड टाइप करें

(Now you will be asked the password of the id from which you are sending, then type the password here)

तो इस तरह आप बड़ी आसनी से मेल भेज सकते है | यदि मेल सफलतापुर्वक जाता है तो कोई मेसेज या एरर दिखाई नही देगा कन्फर्म करने के लिए हम हमारे जीमेल अकाउंट के सेंड बॉक्स में देख सकते है यदि मेल सेंड हुआ होगा तो सेंड बॉक्स में आ जायेगा |

(So in this way you can send mail very easily. If the mail goes successfully then no message or error will appear, to confirm, we can see in the send box of our gmail account, if the mail is sent then it will come in the send box.)

यदि मेल बेझते समय authentication failed का एरर आता है तो इसका मतलब हमने डिटेल्स गलत भरी है जैसे id या पासवर्ड यदि डिटेल्स सही होने के बाद भी यह एरर आता है तो इस एरर को निम्न लिखित तरीको से दूर कर सकते है –

(If the error of authentication failed comes while sending the mail, then it means that we have entered the details wrong like id or password, if this error comes even after the details are correct, then this error can be overcome in the following ways –)

टैली में मेल करते समय आ रहे Authentication Failed Error को कैसे हटायें?

(How to remove Authentication Failed Error while mailing in Tally?)

1.) यह एरर इसलिए आता है क्यूंकि सिक्यूरिटी के कारण सर्वर टैली को अनुमति नही देता की लॉग इन हो अर्थात् टैली से डायरेक्ट हम जीमेल में लॉग इन नही कर सकते है | तो लॉग इन करे से पहले हमे अपनी ईमेल id में सर्वर से अनुमति लेनि होगी | यहाँ हम जीमेल सर्वर के लिए बता रहे है -

(This error comes because due to security, the server does not allow Tally to log in, that is, we cannot log in to Gmail directly from Tally. So before log in, we have to get permission from the server in our email id. Here we are telling for gmail server -)

2.) सबसे पहले लैपटॉप या मोबाइल में अपना जीमेल अकाउंट ओपन करकर रखे |

(First of all, keep your Gmail account open in laptop or mobile.)

3.) Google पर सर्च करे My Account और अब Search Result में दिए Google Account पर क्लिक करें |

(Search My Account on Google and now click on Google Account given in Search Result.)
